Four aces with a 2, 3 or 4 kicker pays 800-for-1 — a mini royal, the same as the royal itself. Four 2s–4s with an ace-through-4 kicker pays 400-for-1.
Those payouts pull strategy toward qualified kicker holds and make results highly uneven. The configured perfect-play return is 99.58%, but the pay table concentrates substantial value in rare top-end categories.
Note the quiet cut at the bottom: three of a kind pays only 2-for-1. The game takes back at the low end what it promises at the top.

Aces plus kicker: 19.426 EV per coin · aces alone: 15.663.
Drawing the fourth ace while retaining the 3 qualifies for the 800-for-1 award. The same visible kicker is not automatically correct in Double Double Bonus, which is why the exact pay table controls the hold.
EV is per coin and comes from enumerating every legal draw for this exact five-card deal.
